Mashed Potatoes

My husband had been craving for steak and mashed potato for a while now.  And since I cannot eat red meat, I often forget about it.  Unintentionally though.  That's why during one of his day off work, he made his own beef steak and mashed potatoes.

He cooked his beef steak medium rare as he wants a bloody meat :-) Please don't ask me for his steak's recipe because I don't know and he refuses to divulge it too.  For his mashed Potatoes, well just scroll down and you can find it below my blahs :-)  Try his recipe, I assure you're going to love it as it is tasty and not your usual cloying mashed potatoes.  AND this is healthier as he used only a small amount of fat (referring to the butter)



Potatoes, peeled and cut into large chunks - 2 medium size
Black pepper powder 
Apple Cider Vinegar - 1 tsp
Butter - 1 tbsp
Salt to taste

Cooking Procedure:

1. Boil the potatoes.
2. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and using a hand-held immersion blender process all of the ingredients until the texture is smooth.

Serve and enjoy
