Grapefruit and Apple Cider Vinegar Juice

Juices with apple cider vinegar  has always been one of my favorite juice since my days in Singapore. I often mix it with any citrus fruit juices like orange, lemon, lime, or grapefruit.  I usually don't add honey to it as I like the sourness and bitterness of the juice.  I find it refreshing and tummy relaxing.  My husband finds this type of juices, those with apple cider vinegar, distasteful, too sour, and acidic as it give the burning sensation specially when the juice reaches the tummy.

I never had any idea that Dr. Oz has almost the same citrus-vinegar juice recipe and swears by its efficacy to burn fat.  When I read about it I decided to share my usual and favorite grapefruit and apple cider vinegar juice recipe.  I used Bragg's organic apple cider vinegar (it has the mother ) when we were still in Singapore and also in the Philippines but since we don't find Bragg's here, I settle for the Heinz brand.  Read Dr. Oz swimsuit slimdown plan here.

I'm really into citrus juices and apple cider vinegar juices.  Here are some of recipes with citruses and apple cider vinegar : Lemon & Apple Cider Vinegar Tonic;  Apple Cider Vinegar Tonice ; turmeric-ginger-lemon-greentea tonic; Lemon Juice-Olive oil tonic; lemon tonic for weight loss;
