Creamy Avocado & Carrots for Breakfast

"Dear wake up", I hollered out to my husband who was sleeping soundly.  I asked him if there is an earthquake because it felt like the earth is shaking.    It's 3AM and  I woke up panting and sweating because my world was spinning wildly around me.  I had a vertigo attack.  It's the first time in 7 years and I have no beta serc (medicine for vertigo).  So all I did for two days was to lie in bed in one position and with my eyes shut because everything I see is swirling around me and whenever I move, it's like I am plunging into the abyss.  Good thing that my husband was able to procure beta serc so I'm feeling a bit better today. 

Vertigo is a debilitating condition and I do not know why I have it.  And I am wondering why after several years it's spell is manifesting on me again. Is this one sign of aging or just the result of my sedentary lifestyle? I think I need to get active, as in now.

And since I cannot make breakfast, my husband made this for me  :-) 


Ingredients :

Ripe Avocado Fruit - 1 medium
Carrots, peeled and diced - 1 medium
Milk - 1/4 c
Honey - to taste

Preparation :

Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and with an immersion blender, process everything until it becomes a smooth paste.
