Avocado-Banana Yogurt Smoothie




Smoothie has always been my go-to food for breakfast and sometimes even lunch and supper specially when I lost my appetite.  I dump anything and everything that is available in the kitchen inside the blender and process it until smooth. 

Try this smoothie for a healthy meal alternative.  It is delicious and filling


AVOCADO-BANANA-YOGURT SMOOTHIE

Ingredients :

Avocado- 1 small
Banana - 2 medium
Liquid / drinkable Yogurt - 400 ml
Splenda - 1/2 tsp

Preparation :

Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend them all together until smooth and homogenous.
