Cucumber-Lime Smoothie




Happy National Day Qatar!

This was my breakfast this morning because my stomach doesn't seem to know what it wants to digest.  So I figured may be vegetables and fruit would be lighter to digest as compared to a longganisa, an egg, and a rice.

Anyways. this is almost similar to my fat burning vegetable smoothie.  Have you tried it?  If not, click here for the recipe.  Try it, it is good and effective not only as a fat-burning agent but as a diuretic.

     CUCUMBER-LIME SMOOTHIE

Ingredients :

Cucumber, diced -  1 small
Cabbage, diced - a handful

Freshly squeezed lime juice from one fruit
Pineapple juice - 250 ml


Preparation :
 
Place all the ingredients in a blender and press pulse until all the ingredients are blended smoothly.

Add ice cubes or use a chilled pineapple juice if you want something cold
