Tuna Sandwich

I find it annoying yet at the same time very endearing when my husband acts like a child.  That's what he is when it comes to his food specially when I serve him pizza or sandwiches.  He gets anything and everything he can grab off the refrigerator  and smother them over his pizza or sandwich.  Just like what he did with the tuna sandwich I made him for breakfast yesterday.  I watched him with annoyance and awe as he took out the top bread of his sandwich  and spread cheddar-spread on them then smothered them with tabasco sauce and catsup, sprinkled grated parmesan cheese on them and then lastly, inserted a few slices of cheddar cheese in the sandwich.

my husband's tuna sandwich

I am not sure how his sandwich tasted but he munched on it with gusto and finished it all off. AND THAT ladies and gentlemen is my husband :-) a child trapped in an adult body when it comes to food :-) Oh he said I am too (evil grin)

Anyway, this is a tuna sandwich spread you can make and store in the refrigerator.  Use them when needed but make sure to consume this spread within 5 days just to make sure that you're not going to be food-poisoned.

Ingredients :

Wholemeal Bread or as you desire
Butter for toasting
Lettuce Leaves

Tuna solid - 1 can
Bell Pepper, chopped - half of a small piece
Onions, chopped - 1 small
Mayonnaise - 2 tbsp or as you desire
A dash or two of salt
Black Pepper powder

Cooking Procedure :

1.  Spread an ample amount of bitter on each of the sliced bread then toast them on a frying pan until they almost turned brown.
2.  Drain the tuna then mix it with all the remaining ingredient.
3.  Spread the tuna sandiwich spread on one slice of toasted bread.  Top with Lettuce then cover with another toasted bread.

Serve and enjoy with coffee :-)
