Chicken Alfredo Pasta

Here’s the recipe

Ingredients:

Pasta noodles of your choice, uncooked – 300 g.
Chicken Breast – 300 g.
Mushroom, diced – 100 g.
White Onions, sliced into rings – 2 medium
Olive Oil – 1 tsp
Alfredo Sauce (see recipe at Alfredo Sauce )

Cooking Procedure:

  1. Cook pasta as directed in its package.
  2. Boil Chicken and shred it or slice it into small cubes.
  3. Heat oil in a pan and sauté the onion on it for a minute then add the chicken and the mushroom.  Let it simmer under low heat.
  4. Add the Alfredo sauce from the recipe found here.  
  5. Toss in the pasta.

Top with grated parmesan if you wish.
