Simple Sautéed Tuna and Radish

Since I'd be posting recipes for fish dishes this week.  I've decided to include a canned tuna dish that is often cooked by the Sarmiento family (Airene and Marco - missing you guys specially the kids!) .  They were our housemates in Singapore.  It is an easy to prepare dish .  Here’s the recipe

     SIMPLE SAUTEED TUNA AND RADISH

Ingredients:

Canned Tuna in oil – 180 g.
Garlic, coarsely chopped – 3 cloves
White Onions, sliced into rings– 2 medium
Radish, sliced thinly – 1 medium
Ground black pepper
Salt to taste

Cooking Procedure:

1. In a saucepan, heat oil from the canned tuna and sauté the garlic in it until it is aromatic.  Stir in the onion, simmer until it becomes translucent then add the tuna and radish .  

2. Season with salt and pepper.  Let it simmer until the radish is cooked

Serve on top of a steamed rice or pasta perhaps and enjoy.
