Garlic - Mayo Sauce



I have posted more than a year ago a recipe for mayo-garlic dip which I often use as dip for fried or grilled meat specially roasted or fried pork (see recipe here )  Now, I am posting a recipe for yet another garlic-mayo dip that I often use to drizzle my wraps and sandwiches when we were still in Singapore.

     GARLIC-MAYO SAUCE

Ingredients:


Low-fat Mayonnaise – 4 to 6 tbsp
Garlic, minced – 4 cloves
Salt & pepper to taste


Procedure:

Mix all the ingredients and drizzle on your favorite sandwich.
