Sauteed Bitter Gourd with Pork and Egg

This is Frederick's version of sautéed bitter gourd.  He put minced pork to add more flavor.  That's how he liked it. I may not be eating red meat but I don't want to deprive my husband what he wants of course just because I can't eat meat.  So I just removed the meat and ate the bittergourd :-)
