Dinengdeng nga Nateng ken Lames




It's a Monday and I'm really so lazy to go to work this morning but I need to.  So I found myself fighting the urge not to doze off at work.  I went to the toilet several times to take a nap and ended up bumping my head on the the tissue holder.   Maybe because I didn't sleep well last night due to this annoying stomach pain.

When I get home Frederick volunteered to cook something tummy-friendly for me and so is this dinengdeng nga nateng ken lames.  He added the remaining 3 pieces of fried fishes he found inside the fridge


     DINENGDENG NGA NATENG KEN LAMES

Ingredients:

Okra (Lady finger)
Pallang (Winged Beans)
Utong (String Beans)
Tarong (Eggplant)
Patis (Fish Sauce)
Fried fish of your choice or whatever fried fish available.
Garlic, crushed
Onion, diced
Ginger, crushed and diced
Water - just enough to cook the veggies


Cooking Procedure:


1. In a sauce pan, pour water, patis, garlic, onion, ginger, and the ground black pepper and bring to a boil
2.  Add the veggies and cook them.  Remove from fire then add the fried fish.
