Lemon-Butter Sauce

I used this sauce for my buttered salmon and veggie, that is to say I pan fired the salmon along with the veggie using butter.  Too much butter?  Yes, I do agree, but the dish doesn’t taste too buttery.
This sauce with it’s fresh-lemon flavor neutralizes the flavor of the butter.  This can be on boiled, grilled, steamed, and baked fish and seafoods.
     LEMON-BUTTER SAUCE

Ingredients:
Butter – 50 g.
Lemon juice - 4 to 5 tsp
Salt & pepper to taste
Tabasco pepper sauce - 1/4 tsp or as desired (optional)

Cooking Procedure:

In a saucepan, melt butter under low heat.  Remove from heat.  Stir in lime, salt and pepper.  Add Tabasco if desired.

Drizzle on boiled or grilled or baked fishes and other seafood. It can be used for basting also.
