Balsamic Vinaigrette

Here's a basic vinaigrette recipe using balsamic vinegar.  It is great as dressing for salads.  It can also be used as dipping sauce as you wish.  When I make wraps, I also use it in place of mayonnaise.

Ingredients :

Balsamic vinegar – ¼ c
Olive oil / Grapeseed oil – ¾ c
Sugar – 2 tsp or Honey – 1 tbsp
Salt – ½ tsp
Ground black pepper – dash

Preparation :
Mix all of the above ingredients and whisk until the sugar and salt are dissolved or put it in a tightly sealed bottle and shake it.  Taste and adjust the seasonings.
