Pear Smoo-tea




Today’s breakfast for my husband- Pears.  I made a smoothie out of it and of course I used tea water.

 Ingredients:


Pears – 3 small pears (2 medium)
Oolong Tea water – 500 ml (see Tea Water for the recipe)
Honey - 2 tbsp



Preparation:


1. Place the pears, honey, and small amount of tea water in a blender.  Press pulse and make a smooth puree.
2. Add the remaining tea water and blend it until the mixture is completely mixed.
Serve, drink, and enjoy


Makes 2 servings .  Here’s the estimated Nutritional  values per serving based on the ingredients used:


Calories :   188.93  kcal                    Total Fat:  0.3  g.
Cholesterol : 0  mg.                          Saturated fat :  0 g.
Protein :   0.81 g                               Dietary fiber :  .6.45  g.
