Home-made Tartar Sauce 2

Recommended for  fish and chicken

Ingredients:

Mayonnaise – ½ c.
Onion, minced – 1 small
Garlic, minced – 3 cloves
Tarragon, dried and ground
Parsley , dried and ground
Lemon juice – 1 tbsp
Salt and ground pepper to taste


Preparation:

Mix all the ingredients together.  Blend well.  Cover and let it stand for at least an hour before serving to allow the flavors to develop.
