No Cook Herb Pizza Sauce

This is another easy to prepare pizza sauce because it doesn’t need cooking.  Just mix all the ingredient well and let it stand for at least an hour, and it’s ready to use.  It can be prepared ahead of time and can be used until 3-5 days.  Just keep it in your fridge.

Ingredients:

Tomato Paste – 120 g.
Water, warm – 1 cup
Sugar – 10 g
Olive Oil – 1 tbsp
Garlic, minced – 3 cloves
Rosemary – 0.5 g.
Thyme – 0.5 g.
Basil – 0.5 g.
Oregano - 0.5 g.
Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation:

Mix all the ingredients and let stand for at least 2 hours before usage in order to allow the flavors to be released and blend together.  Apply to pizza dough
Can be applied to  three 12”-pizza dough crust with 8 slices per pizza crust.   Here’s the estimated Nutritional  values of this pizza sauce per slice based on the ingredients used. 1 slice = 1 serving
Calories :   12  kcalTotal Fat:  0.58  g.
Cholesterol : 0  mg.Saturated fat :  0.08  g.
Protein :   0.15 g.Dietary fiber :  0.3  g.
Sodium :  64.6 g.Carbohydrate :  1.32 g
