Conversion Table of Measurements for Dry Ingredients

As I have mentioned in my previous post, baking is an exact science so one must measure their ingredients exactly and that is through weighing the ingredients, both liquid and dry ingredients, in grams or kilograms.

Heres a conversion list of U.S. measurements to metric measurements for specific dry ingredients which are often used in baking.  This conversion specifically focus on the mass (grams and kilograms) equivalents of dry ingredients like flours, sugar, etc. that are measured in teaspoons, tablespoons, and cups that are found in some if not most recipes (in books, in magazines, online, etc). To convert liquid ingredients (water, oil, etc) from teaspoons/tabelspoons/cups to grams/kilograms please check  Conversion Table of Measurements for Liquid Ingredients

You can also do your conversion online through http://www.convert-me.com
