Scrambled Egg w/ Tomatoes

This is a favorite breakfast dish often served by our mama every morning that comes along with either dried fish, fried fish, longanisa, or tocino.

Ingredients:

Eggs – 3 medium

Ripe Tomatoes, diced – 1 large

Onion, diced – 1 large

Vegetable oil – 1 tbsp

Salt & pepper to taste

Sugar – ½ tsp

Cooking Procedure:

1)      Beat the eggs and set aside

2)      Sauté the onion until it wilts then add the tomatoes and the rest of the ingredients and let simmer till the tomatoes are cook

3)      Add the eggs, stir until cooked

4)      Serve with sinangag



Makes 3 servings.
